Cancellation Policy
It is the duty of the patient to provide PhyzioFit with a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or change appointments. Should a patient be late for an appointment, without complying to the 24 hour notice policy, the therapist has the right to alter the length/cancel the massage and the full price of the booked service will have to be paid. Patients will have a 20 minute grace period before their booking is terminated.Â
